But that’s not all – to ensure that all of our carpet technicians are highly skilled and knowledgeable, they are also trained to become Wool Safe Certified Operators and undergo a comprehensive induction programme as well as a customer service training programme.
We believe that practical experience is paramount, which is why all of our qualified technicians spend time being coached and supervised on the job by our experienced technicians before they go it alone!
